WE ARE HIRING!

We're looking for a physiotherapist to join our team. Selecting the right team member is something we highly value. We put a lot of effort into developing our staff, building the business and our reputation; so we will only work with people who fit in with our values and culture.

Perks

  • Competitive remuneration structure: base salary, attainable commission, plus superannuation paid quarterly.

  • We try to match clients to the physio's personality and area of interest so you enjoy your caseload.

  • Contribute to our practice with your own specialty interests, and be immersed in our technology driven approach to treatment.

  • We have a strong focus on clinical reasoning and exercise based rehabilitation; and have the tools to reduce the load on your body from manual therapy.

  • You will work in an environment that values treatment quality over the number of clients you see in a week.

  • You will be working with a team of good humans and a cheeky dog - we really do live the values we have set.

  • We are supportive and provide regular training such as mock scenarios, presentations and 1:1 reflection time.

  • We help you grow and gain skills and knowledge that make you a great physio.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Treat a mixture of clients: recreational and competition athletes, people with disability and general population. Treatment may include travel.

  • Prepare written letters, reports and documents relating to clients (e.g. GP updates, NDIS reports, treatment plans).

  • Opportunity to support sporting teams.

  • Opportunity to supervise physio students.

  • Liaise with external parties and build productive working relationships.

  • Engage in ongoing PD and supervised support.

  • Writing blogs and preparing IG posts.

  • Admin duties where needed and requested.
