We're looking for physiotherapists to join our growing practice. Selecting the right team members is something we highly value. We put a lot of effort into developing our staff, building the business and our reputation; so we will only work with people who fit in with our values and culture.

  • Competitive remuneration structure: base salary, commission + superannuation paid quarterly.

  • We try to match clients to the physio's personality and area of interest so you enjoy your caseload.

  • Contribute to our practice with your own specialty interests, and be immersed in our technology driven approach to treatment.

  • We have a strong focus on clinical reasoning and exercise based rehab; and have the tools to reduce the load on your body from manual therapy.

  • You will work in an environment that values quality over quantity.

  • We are supportive and provide regular training so you can further your skills and knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Treat a mixture of clients: recreational and competition athletes, people with disability and general population. Treatment may include travel.

  • Prepare written letters, reports and documents relating to clients (e.g. GP updates, NDIS reports, treatment plans).

  • Opportunity to support sporting teams.

  • Opportunity to supervise physio students.

  • Liaise with external parties and build productive working relationships.

  • Engage in ongoing PD and supervised support.

  • Admin duties where needed and requested.

Essential requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a physiotherapist in Australia.

  • Own indemnity insurance, First Aid and CPR certificate.

  • High capacity for self-awareness, self-reflection and willing to engage in feedback process.

  • Commitment to being part of the team long term and develop long term therapeutic relationships with clients.

  • Willingness to learn and be trained, no matter how experienced you are.

  • Respectful of your team members, clients and others you deal as part of your work.

  • Enthusiastic and proactive in not just managing your caseload but also in doing other tasks which are delegated to you.

  • Clean, tidy and presentable, and keep the clinic the same way.

  • Participate in sports or be active.

  • Have a written record demonstrating continuous improvement of your skills and knowledge.

  • Dry needling training is a must.

  • Pilates training is desirable to have.
