Suitable for all ages, injuries and fitness levels to improve core strength, muscle tone, posture, flexibility and fitness.
Under our physiotherapists' supervision, Clinical Pilates is beneficial towards your long term wellness or injury rehabilitation.
Our classes have clients with various conditions such as scoliosis, osteoporosis, low back pain, knee pain, instability / balance issues, and other spinal conditions.
Pilates exercises are particularly useful for the prevention and treatment of these conditions. Pilates strengthens your stabilising muscles, helps to prevent falls and the risk of fracture, and improves your posture.
Prior to attending Clinical Pilates, we would like to ask you to have an initial one on one assessment with our physiotherapist. This allows us to fully understand your needs, fitness levels and set the right goals to make sure you get the most out of your Pilates experience.
You will have access to our Pilates reformers, Wunda chair and other small equipment.
