Our Strengthening Class is especially designed to be tailored to suit your needs. Our physios adapt the class to suit your individual ability, and any injuries or disabilities.

We integrate our physiotherapy skills and knowledge with our experience as athletes to bring you a top notch class designed to get you stronger.

The class has a maximum of 6 participants. This is great value and a fantastic workout!
