WHY CHOOSE US?
You probably think physiotherapists gave massages and handed out boring exercises to do at home.
We'd love to show you what we do. Our physiotherapists treat all kinds of injuries/conditions, and have a strong focus on treating ACL injuries, weightlifting and cycling injuries. We're also great at helping you improve your Olympic Weightlifting and powerlifting techniques to prevent injuries.
Our treatment starts with a solid understanding of your health and your body. We find out the root problem and explain to you clearly what caused it. Because in our experience, the more you understand your injury, the better it heals.
We combine a variety of manual therapy techniques with effective exercises. But we don't just treat the condition or injury superficially, we give you the tools to get better and stronger in the long run. We strongly believe in prescribing the right exercise, at the right time, with the right frequency and weight, for the individual. We aim to get you moving confidently and back on track in the safest and quickest way possible.
If you're focused on getting stronger, more confident, and don't want to experience a cookie-cutter approach, then let our award-winning team of physiotherapists help you get there.

OUR PROCESS - ROADMAP TO RECOVERY
What You Can Expect During Your Appointments
Our Roadmap or treatment plan is designed to help you get back to doing what you love and stay injury free in a realistic timeframe. After your initial appointment, we will design your own Roadmap so you know exactly what to expect from your treatment with us.
During your initial appointment, we get to know your lifestyle, what led to the injury and what you want to achieve. The first appointment is focused on reducing your pain, conducting specific tests, forming a diagnosis and providing you with advice about how to manage your pain. Our experience tells us pain reduction usually takes up to two weeks, but can be longer or shorter depending on your condition.
With minimal or no pain, we move on to helping you activate the right muscles to support your joints. Next, we aim to help you to move better and prevent the injury from happening again. Last, we work on building your strength or improving your sports performance.
Everyone's recovery journey looks a bit different and the timeframe will differ, but we've found that our Roadmap to Recovery is a solid guide for rehab and injury prevention.
