We combine a variety of manual therapy techniques with effective exercises. But we don't just treat the condition or injury superficially, we give you the tools to get better and stronger in the long run. We strongly believe in prescribing the right exercise, at the right time, with the right frequency and weight, for the individual. We aim to get you moving confidently and back on track in the safest and quickest way possible.

What You Can Expect During Your Appointments

The Roadmap is a summary of our treatment approach.

The first week or two is focused on reducing your pain. With minimal or no pain, we move on to helping you activate the right muscles to support your joints. Next, we aim to help you to move better and prevent the injury from happening again. Last, if your goal is to reach a personal best, get back to your sport or continue weight training, we work on building your strength or improving your sports performance.

Physios promote good movement mechanics in people of all ages.

Physiotherapists also work with people with disabilities such as amputees to help them walk with prosthetic legs or play the sports they enjoy. We are able to service NDIS participants.
