Levelling up on the 'monster walk'

Thinking of strengthening your glutes? Try the monster walk!

The monster walk is an exercise many will have done before. It includes placing a band around the knees or ankles and sidestep in a mini squat position. This exercise is often used to activate the glutes and TFL (Tensor Fasciae Latae) muscles 💪



In a recent study, it was shown that by simply moving the band down to the feet, the activation of the glutes and TFL significantly increased compared to the traditional method.
